It is well suited for guests who want to use it as a base from which to explore the town and region, but may be a bit confined for homebodies who prefer to mostly 'lounge about'!

* We unfortunately cannot accept same-day reservations. Bookings must be made not less than 2 days in advance
* To confirm a reservation, a Deposit of 30% of the total Reservation Cost is payable when a booking is made. The balance is due by no later than 7 days before check-in date.
* Our cancellation policy is ‘Moderate’: A reservation can be cancelled on or before 7 days before arrival date. Thereafter any payments made shall be non-refundable.
